What You Can Do

The situation is dire. Green Fig/Sentinel continue to move forward with the project despite the community's concerns and unresolved gaps in documentation. Here's exactly where to put your voice.

• Show Up. Showing up at meetings is the most important thing you can do. The community needs to be watching, in person, and holding the East Whiteland Board of Supervisors accountable for their decisions. See the meeting notice at the top of this site for the next scheduled date and location.
• Email East Whiteland Township and demand:
  • Any changes to the approved plan go through the proper amended process under Township code, not a “Field Change” shortcut.
  • The soil be tested per EPA's directive, to characterize contamination and protect Township health, especially during drought conditions.
  • An explanation of why the Board is not holding the developer accountable for misrepresentations made in legal attestations, and why the Township is not revoking the variance and land development approvals in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
